David Mednick

After years working as an investment banker and advisor, I successfully transitioned to CFO by raising the capital (debt financing and institutional equity) for a leveraged buyout in the '90s and led that company through a period of very tight cash controls through a turnaround and a successful exit. Later cofounded a diagnostic imaging business focused on PET in the very early (pre-reimbursement) days and grew that successfully. Co founder and investor in several other startups, including payments, medical devices and others.
