I was EA Europe's first employee and grew it to $1B annual revenue and 1200 employees. I turned Atari from primarily a physical distribution company to a digital platform by selling distribution to Namco/Bandai and buying Cryptic studios. I started investing in Playfish (exit to EA $300-400m), Natural Motion (#1 app) , Unity, Supercell (#1 app), Applifier (150m MAU)
