A self-made entrepreneur, David made his first investment more than 30 years ago when he decided to invest $2,000 in a student housing business called Campus Apartments. Fast forward to today...David is now the CEO of that company and one of the leading experts on university-affiliated real estate development. Under David’s leadership, Campus Apartments has grown into one of the nation’s largest providers of on-and off-campus housing units with more than $2 billion in assets under management.
A sports fan at heart, David has invested in Crystal Palace, a Premier League Soccer Team: Scranton Wilkes-barre RailRiders, a New York Yankees Minor League Team; the 76s Incubator, and Team Dignitas.
