Lead the charge to re-build AOL Video from 50M streams/month to 220M streams/month in 9 months' time. Brought us to the #2 Video player in the U.S. behind Hulu.
At YouTube, was part of small teams that incubated the Partner Grants Program (which lead to $100M+ invested in YouTube Channels) and Paid Rental service. Also worked closely with the Business Development and management teams in evaluating and executing substantial deals/acquisitions.
At Google, started strategy team within Content Partnerships. Projects saved the company $100M+/year and enabled scaled content operations for Local Search & Mapping data, including the expansion of StreetView.
First start-up reached profitability in 3 months. Ran it for 3 years while in college. Profits helped me graduate loan-free.
