While working as engineer at Genia Technologies, I handled all algorithm development, software engineer and data analysis. My work focused on algorithm development for signal processing, machine learning, sequence analysis, and biophysical modelling of single-molecule electrochemical sensor data. Moreover, I designed and interpreted single-molecule biophysical experiments including structural biology, protein folding, DNA & RNA chemistry, stochastic process modelling, partial differential equations, response theory, statistics, and mathematical physics.
While working at Zogenix, I developed a new system of analyzing brain wave recordings (EEG, ECoG, etc.). The software is scalable, computationally efficient, and has been tested and validated experimentally. We are excited to begin commercialization soon. This has enormous potential for diagnostics, brain-computer interfaces, robotics, and defense.
