I'm most proud of being a Dad and husband but I've also done a few other things like: I Bootstrapped a company, Softworks Development, with $600, dropped out of college and was honored as the 11th and 29th fastest growing company in the nation by Inc magazine without taking any outside equity investment to receive those accolades. I was part of the inaugural 40 under 40 for SE Wisconsin by the Business Journal. Green fielded our China operations for Granite Med Systems from nothing setting up manufacturing, sales, quality, procurement etc. without being fluent in Mandarin. Vertically integrated and started several other businesses to full fill our LVHM supply chain in China. Recently my angel investing has led me to be a cofounder of gener8tor which has offices and holds classes in Milwaukee and Madison Wisconsin.
