    Ancestry.com: as CMO/CRO and then COO, I refocused myfamily.com from free family website business to paid family history subscription business - ancestry.com. Grew that from a few hundred thousand dollars a month in sales to roughly $150mm. Helped, as part of a great team, to take the company from $5mm/mo losses (for real!) to extremely profitable.
