Joined as one of the first 100... more community members in April 2020, worked on several client missions via the platform, and started contributing to platform development in Feb 2021 as the first product hire. Over my four years of working on the product I worked on almost every part of the system.
During the last two years I was focused on leading the teams responsible for the company's machine learning / AI, data pipelines, vetting systems, and admin tooling. This includes our internal search engine, application review tooling, email infrastructure used to inform builders about new relevant roles and missions, automated review systems, graph layers to surface relevant teams who know or may know each other, 360-feedback and review systems, data taxonomy, predictive profile enrichment, discovery feeds for builders and companies, end to end call scheduling, recording, transcription and analysis, and more.
