- Owned the overall product roadmap, including setting the appropriate product team goals, strategy, and execution plan; worked with other company leads, key customers &... more board to build shared metrics (reported weekly) & cross-team consensus on a quarterly basis.
- Oversaw the initial design, development & go-to-market launch of the product (2016), using market & competitive research in addition to internal qualitative (NPS, customer feedback, user testing) & quantitative (Mixpanel, FullStory, Salesforce, Google Analytics, custom internal dashboards) metrics to ensure the highest-impact product initiatives were prioritized & resourced, ultimately leading to product usage growth 100x & increase in work-day engagement of 50%.
- Oversaw the successful launch of the first iOS app (2019) after high customer demand; worked closely with engineering & contract specialists to build out the design, initial APIs and process to support a multi-client product.
- Grew the product organization from the ground up; hired, trained & mentored multiple product managers & product designers and oversaw their career growth within the company.
- Represented the company as the top product owner, and traveled & met with key customers, industry advisors & board members on a regular basis to gather feedback, address questions & build confidence in the Dealpath platform.
