    Achievements

14 of the startups I've consulted for on behavior design have exited. Have also worked on behavior change projects @ UCSF, Harvard, Salesforce, & Obamacare exchanges.

    Highlights:

    - Led product design of a messaging platform for political campaigns (incl. US presidential level) and nonprofits that engaged voters/supporters 48x more efficiently than the previous method, at 10% of the cost

    - Led intervention design of med adherence intervention that got 72% of patients to take an HIV preventive for at least 36 weeks, w/ 100% retention in the digital UX (peer reviewed)

    - Led behavior design w/ a fintech partner on their savings automation plan software, which powers retirement savings & debt paydown for 15 million people; 27% conv in enrollment from sign-up → automated financial plan

    - Led design of research platform for world's largest longitudinal digital health study @ UCSF, enrolled over 250k+ patients, rec'd over $10m in funding from NIH, data used in 15+ academic publications
