Money is not really an issue. I'm doing exactly what I want to do right now.
What words of advice would you give your younger self?
I give my kids advice all the time. Work your hardest, but make some time for play. Try your hardest in whatever you do, don't do anything half assed. Be truthful to everyone and yourself. Be a good person.
What's the most creative thing you've ever done?
Changed the direction of business for Arrowsight. The original company was called ParentWatch. ParentWatch was a service for parents to watch their kids at daycare. It became apparent that this market was not going to materialize in a big way. I did s

Reading financial statements are my strong point. I firmly believe that numbers should, and do tell a story. Without the story, numbers are just numbers.

International Economics. More so the Professor than the actual subject. The Professor was passionate about the subject, but was more passionate about making sure her students succeeded. She went to great lengths to make sure her students achieved their

Travelled a bit more. I think you learn so much from experiencing other cultures.
What's an obstacle you've overcome?
Management of a Family Partnership heavily invested in Technology, and very illiquid during the tech/telecom meltdown of the 2001 - 2003 timeframe. This was the hardest period of my life, but we did survive.
What's the most useful business-related book you've ever read?
My Iceberg is Melting. A very simple book on changing dynamics in a business. There are extremely difficult decisions, but you need to bring it back to the simplest form.
