Founded and built gravitytank, an innovation services company, in which we have intentionally designed a unique culture of empathy, collaboration, and the integration of diverse disciplines.
Achieved university tenure and was awarded the first National Science Foundation research grant to a professor of design.
Helped design and create the graduate product design program for the Instiute of Design at IIT, Chicago. Mentored and taught hundreds of students now working throughout the innovation and start-up market.
