    Q&A
What's the most useful business-related book you've ever read?

Four Hour Work Week because it makes you think about approaching problems and opportunities in a completely different way.

    What's your favorite non-business book?

Cane River by Lalita Tademy because it makes you realize how lucky you are, no matter who you are, and teaches what it really means to persevere while reminding us of a not so distant reality in America.

If money were not an issue, what would you be doing right now?

Having someone else answer these questions while I spend more time working with the companies we have invested in.

What words of advice would you give your younger self?

Invest in people you really believe in and trust them to do a great job. Don't ride a bike while pulling another one. Vacation homes are a waste of money. Drop out of Wharton and take the VP job at DoubleClick. Your wife is much smarter than you.
