Achievements

Some of my ideas and prototypes became important features at Mixmax.

The largest of these was Mixmax 2.0 (the current version of the app). I presented a prototype for a faster, less intrusive method of injecting Mixmax functionality into Gmail. We AB tested it and found it increased conversion by 2x. It then became a company-wide initiative over several months. There was even a launch party. I also created the Recommended Send Times feature, which allows users to schedule their messages for times when their recipients are more likely to be active. It's become a cool competitive differentiator for us.

At Vinomofo, I built the entire software platform, which is still in use today. It's a large-scale Ruby on Rails app, supporting 500k users, 120 staff and $50m a year in transactions, handling everything from the customer-facing web front-end, to the back-end functions for fulfilment, inventory, finance, reporting, CRM, marketing etc
