I invest in founders and startups trying to solve important problems, from consumer/lifestyle companies to robotics, computational imaging, big data analytics, energy and healthcare IT.
Not a momentum investor, but want to bet on big ideas that when they win, win big. I prefer technical teams that have depth of understanding of the space, and businesses that can truly differentiate themselves in the marketplace over the long term.
I have been fortunate to support several first-time entrepreneurs. I also co-founded RoughDraft.vc and StartLabs.org to support young technical founders.
