Launched FB's first personalized video recommendations product, and launched data-metered version of video autoplay to unlock international markets, resulting in +5% video ads revenue. Founded FB's Retail Advertising team and collaborated across sales and marketing to build an offline retail strategy and grew revenue from FB's flagship offline ads product, Store Visits objective, by over $100 million.
Prior to FB I cofounded Switchcam, a collaborative video creation tool, and raised $1.4MM from Mark Cuban, 500 Startups and Turner Broadcasting's MediaCamp.
Prior to Switchcam I cofounded Business Catalyst and grew the business to $5M ARR before being acquired by Adobe Systems in 2009.
