Design and implement new product for real estate listing customers and new buyer education workshop marketing initiative that helped grow DC revenue by 40%.
Everywhere I go I solve problems. Often they're problems that don't line up with my job description. Sometimes they're even problems nobody even knew they had. I think I'm drawn to finding and solving problems because I have such a wide breadth of experience in different functional areas of business and because I have a strong aptitude for connecting the dots and coming up with ideas others don't often see. My experience has ranged from the world of public accounting to helping shut-down a failing business with 200+ employees to launching my own real estate brokerage and even running a sales team. I've seen the power of technology, automation, and structured thinking to get things done inside a business more accurately and efficiently. Going forward I've been teaching myself Python and object oriented programming with the goal of using as a tool to solve even more challenging problems by automating operational processes normally not even on the radar of software developers.
