    Need more than 300 words to answer this! At the end of the day I think it is all about the team and founders. Culture and team are critical to a successful early or late stage venture backed company. We are also looking for early founders to be technical or have a strong technical advantage.

    If money were not an issue, what would you be doing right now?

    Exactly what I am doing now. We have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting teams in technology.

    What words of advice would you give your younger self?

    Focus on doing more with fewer things. It is critical to become an expert and certain things.

    What's the most creative thing you've ever done?

    I love music of all kinds. I play guitar and sing, and now that my kids are old enough I get the opportunity to teach them.

    Which founders or startups do you most admire?

    It is hard to name specific names, but I would like to call out the most important quality. Founders and startups that focus on culture early and often always end up winning when it comes to capital and value creation.

    What's your super power?

    I love any negotiation!

    What's your favorite non-business book?

    For Men Only: A Straightforward Guide to the Inner Lives of Women has been very helpful in my relationship with my wife and my daughter! Highly recommend it and there is one for Women as well.

    What words of wisdom do you live by?

    Always try to put yourself in the other persons shoes no matter how hard that may be at the time.

    What aspects of your work are you most passionate about?

    I love building product of any kind. It is so rewarding to actually ship something tangible!
