Achievements

Started and sold a web hosting business in my early twenties. Moved from entrepreneurial product roles into full stack engineering, then into engineering leadership — without stepping away from the code.

As CTO at Emailchaser and VP of Engineering at Lucra, I built and scaled small technical teams from the ground up, owning architecture and delivery alongside the people work. Earlier, technical lead roles at JPL, Atlassian, and Autodesk showed me what good looks like at enterprise scale.

Now at Artium, I lead AI transformation work: agentic systems, eval loops, orchestration layers, and the guardrails that make them trustworthy in production.

I'm passionate about staying close enough to the work to be useful, and building teams that don't always need me in the room.
