I co-founded True&Co, a digital native new consumer brand that transformed the lingerie vertical industry using data and new distribution models. Through our sale to PVH Corp (parent company of Calvin Klein and one of the world's largest lifestyle brand conglomerates), our data-driven product and go-to-market approach will profoundly change the multi-billion dollar industry.
We use customer-centric data to design breakthrough products and customer experiences, significantly shorten supply chain time to market, and improve operational efficiency.
We also designed the end-to-end value chain model uniquely suitable for a digital native brand, from product design, branding, to packaging, content, marketing and customer services.
Previously, I co-founded ModeWalk, which was a pioneer in blending online and offline retail experiences and personalizing shopping experiences using data and a human touch.
