Going to market on a Fintech initiative in Vietnam in two months

Working as a consultant to a large pharmaceutical company, I implemented a project bringing together a Fortune 100 company, a financial company and public hospitals to launch a payment plans for patients. Despite a complex business environment in Vietnam and compliance constraints from each actor, I managed to deliver faster than expected a project that brought positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
