I founded and built Chef, a company that helped start the devops movement and whose software automates the infrastructure of Google, Facebook, Yahoo, and others. Chef has over 200 employees and has received investment from DFJ, Battery, Ignition, Scale, and Citi.
I created the digital entertainment features of the Xbox 360, opening up game consoles to VOD for the first time and creating the Xbox HD DVD Player to battle Blu-Ray.
I like helping software to eat the world. When I'm not doing that, I'm traveling the world, producing EDM, and playing with my kids.
