    Form Bio
    Form Bio
Chief Marketing Officer 2022 - Present (almost 4 years)
Form Bio was the first spinout of Colossal Biosciences, a $10B+ valued synthetic biology company focused on restoring extinct species including the woolly mammoth, the dire... more wolf, the dodo and more. Form delivers AI-powered solutions to biopharma companies, accelerating drug development for complex therapeutic areas like genetic medicine. Our proprietary LLMs, trained on over 3 trillion nucleotides, help optimize efficacy, safety, and manufacturability—leading to faster clinical progress and better outcomes for patients.

I led the company’s GTM launch as part of the spinout from Colossal and $30M fundraise, building the marketing function from the ground up. With full, board-facing responsibility, I scaled our team and agency ecosystem to support aggressive growth targets across multiple revenue models. Key focus areas:

    * Demand Generation – Sourcing sales pipeline via rigorously researched and executed ABM programs spanning events, email, advertising and partnerships–generating enough qualified pipeline to take Form from pre-revenue to 8-figure revenue with triple-digit CAGR in Year 1.

    * Product Marketing – Driving positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing of highly complex AI+bio solutions across SaaS and services offerings.

    * Brand & Communications – Developing the full brand identity and leading PR/visibility efforts, resulting in coverage in Forbes, Fortune, FT, GenomeWeb, BioPharmaDive, and many more.

    * Partner Marketing – Collaborating with strategic partners like Google and NVIDIA to strengthen brand equity and generate qualified referrals for new business opportunities.

    * Category Creation – Establishing Form as the center of gravity for innovation in the AAV (adeno-associated virus) segment, bringing the AAV leadership and practitioner community together through bespoke events, publishing emerging standards, and launching a comprehensive AAV Resource Hub (aav.formbio.com) as the go-to destination for gene therapy researchers and developers.
