• Led internal and external teams to support its flagship eHarmony ® U.S. relationship matching service, localized launches in three international markets, and acquisitions of four online communities
• Drove global resolution of a sensitive multi-year attorney general investigation and related class action by means of a new product launch, in cross-functional lockstep with product and communications teams
• Recruited/engaged and managed three direct reports and 10 outside law firms across five countries
• Principal counsel to senior management and the Board of Directors in corporate and shareholder matters, cap table management, stock option plan administration and securities compliance
• Led government affairs, policy advocacy, patent and trademark portfolio development
• Managed patent infringement, consumer class action, employment and trade secret litigation
