At some point, I also started working in M&A, and co-designed an acquihire and acquisitions playbook with corporate development. This included sourcing, evaluating and driving deals end-to-end with a cross-functional team.
Stripe
Joined as an early member of the talent team in an individual contributor role to recruit leaders to the engineering and product organization. Worked with Founders and SLT to identify and hire leaders for each new team across all organizations. Eventually stood up and led M&A Recruiting for Stripe.
AppDirect
Started and led recruiting for early stage startup from employee 1 to 600+ across nine offices around the globe. Also worked on four acquisitions from initial conversation through integrations. Grew the recruiting team from 0 to 10 people.
