For most of its life, Grata has been a small team of developers, Andrew, and an admin. Andrew primarily manages product, InfoSec/SysAdmin roles, sales, and marketing. As a manager, he keeps the team motivated and mission-driven, evidenced by the fact that they haven’t lost a developer in over five years.

I am an expert in the China digital messaging space, having built my company’s brand through keynote presentations, workshops, and widely shared content. I authored the leading product guide to WeCom. I mentored startups at Chinaccelerator (2015-2019) giving workshops and talks for several batches. I was keynote speaker on global messaging trends at all four editions of ChinaChat, the largest English-language WeChat conference. I consulted on digital messaging for major clients such as Richemont, Volkswagen, and Kering Group, and I have been cited in publications including Forbes, Quartz, and TechCrunch.
