Specifically, the analysis focuses on the opportunities and threats this development presents. An initial assessment was used to narrow the scope of the report, thus enabling an in-depth study of the markets which exhibit the highest PV potential in combination with high relevance for Statkraft. After this assessment the impact of solar in the electricity markets where Statkraft is active were studied and a recommendation for Statkraft's future activities in these markets was given.
