Growing the Samba TV Client Services Org (Research/Attribution, Revenue Operations, Account Management) from 0-25 people in the org, until we eclipsed 25mm in net revenue, at which time my scope grew to oversee Finance, Client Services, Research, Data Science and People (HR, Recruiting, Office Ops). During this period of time, we scaled the business from 4 offices with total headcount of 110 people, to 13 offices and 300 people and quickly accelerating revenue goals.
