Achievements

I'm most proud of my achievements building heathy, nurturing, supportive and highly productive engineering organizations that have launched products at multiple startups - each one better than the last.

I've launched four startups. I've run 40 person teams. I personally scaled the Napster
system to 80 million users. I've contributed to over a hundred open source projects and my code is in everything from Hadoop to the Linux kernel.
