• Advised senior leadership on strategies for... more growth, partnerships, and product roadmap.
• Proposed, sold, and formed growth team to optimize user acquisition funnel. Experiments led to 50% increase in inbound phone calls, 100% increase in email clickthrough, and 20% increase in sign ups.
• Proposed, sold, and formed team to build an external API for third party integrations. Within 6 months after launch, established 8+ technology partnerships, five integrations, and drove 10% of ARR.
• Reduced new user setup time by 80% over 12 months yielding a correlated impact on WAUs.
• Took over as product and interim engineering manager for multidisciplinary team (design, engineering, data science, QA) of core feature set (sheets management) and helped turn it into best performing team in the company that exhibited strong customer empathy, released frequently, and helped sales close significant deals.
