We’re backed by early customers, angels, and operators across startups, VC, and finance. We’re now expanding our team with one of the most critical hires: a financial analyst who can help us scale both our product and our intelligence.

🎯 Role: Financial Analyst (with CFO Thinking)

This is not a traditional financial analyst role.

You will work directly with the founder and engineers to:

1. Handle core financial operations for startups

Build and maintain 3-statement financial models

Create forecasts, cash flow projections, and scenario models

Clean, standardise, and interpret client financials (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Understand FPA, variance analysis, budgeting, unit economics

Support valuation models and investor-ready financial packs

1. Train and refine our LLM-powered CFO models

Review financial outputs generated by AI

Correct model-generated forecasts, categorizations, tags, and insights

Provide structured feedback to improve reasoning, accuracy, and reporting quality

Help design financial datasets that power our next-gen models

Identify edge cases and build “ground truth” examples

1. Support product and intelligence development

Collaborate with design and engineering on data structures, dashboards, and metrics

Help define logic for financial scoring, health indexes, and risk metrics

Work across multiple founder accounts (pre-seed → Series B → pre-IPO)

🔎 What We’re Looking For

Required

4–5+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, or CFO offices

Strong grasp of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow mechanics

Experience building full financial models (bottom-up + top-down)

Comfort with messy data and incomplete information

Excellent analytical and written communication skills

Curiosity about AI, automation, and financial intelligence systems

Bonus

Startup or venture experience

Exposure to AI/LLM workflows

Experience with forecasting tools, SQL, or accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks)

Ability to explain financial concepts simply and clearly

Passion for decision intelligence and product thinking
