About the job

Strategic Growth Planning
Develop, execute, and optimize growth strategies to drive signups, improve activation rates, and increase customer lifetime value for our SaaS platform.

Funnel Optimization
Identify and address gaps in the user journey — from awareness and acquisition to activation and retention — by implementing continuous A/B tests and data-driven experiments.

Data Analysis & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates) to inform strategic decisions, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement.

Marketing Automation & Tools
Leverage a range of marketing platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mixpanel, Segment) to automate campaigns, nurture leads, and streamline customer onboarding.

Customer-Centric Campaigns
Plan and launch targeted marketing initiatives — such as personalized email sequences, in-app messaging, and retargeting ads — to enhance user engagement and activation.

Collaboration with Product & Sales
Work closely with product managers to align marketing efforts with feature releases, and partner with sales teams to refine lead qualification and handover processes.

SEO & Content Growth
Oversee organic growth initiatives, including SEO and thought-leadership content, to drive qualified traffic, boost brand awareness, and amplify signups.

Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) to acquire new users cost-effectively, running experiments to maximize return on ad spend.

Lifecycle Marketing & Retention
Conceptualize and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns, such as onboarding flows and upsell programs, to extend user engagement and reduce churn.

Innovation & Continuous Learning
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, growth hacking trends, and SaaS best practices; proactively recommend new strategies to gain a competitive edge.
