Venture Capital Data Entry & Virtual Assistant Consultant

A top-tier Silicon Valley venture capital firm with over $6 billion under management seeks a full-time, fully remote data entry and virtual assistant to join its team.

This person will work behind the scenes entering data into our CRM, running comparison analysis, conducting LinkedIn searches, scheduling meetings, general research / project support, and other various ad-hoc projects.

This is a full-time 40-hours per week role and will be paid $3000/month. This is a fully remote position with expected working hours of 9am-5pm PST.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating meeting times and sending calendar invitations.
• Reviewing various websites and collecting information into a spreadsheet.
• Reviewing quarterly reports and entering the information into our CRM.
• Searching LinkedIn and other similar platforms for people that meet specific criteria.
• General research, like venues for events or pulling emails for specific people.
• Book flights, hotels, and other travel accommodations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel
• Bonus points if you’re familiar with Airtable, Affinity, Harmonic.ai, Zapier, and other low-code / no-code tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Takes initiative
• Efficient and interested in continuous learning and improvement
