About the job
We’re on a mission to solve the shortage.
ShiftRx is solving the healthcare worker shortage with an AI-powered staffing platform. We're starting with pharmacy, where we're revolutionizing how facilities handle staffing gaps with our innovative per-diem staffing solution. Since launching in August 2023, we've built a thriving community of 3,000+ active pharmacy professionals serving 200+ independent pharmacies across TX, CA, NY, NJ, and FL – with a waitlist of 12,000+ professionals eager to join as we expand nationwide.
Our platform makes it seamless to source, credential, onboard, schedule, and pay PRN pharmacy workers. We're eliminating traditional staffing agency inefficiencies with our self-sourced model, while ensuring temporary staff are pre-trained on facility-specific workflows before they start. The result? Lower costs, better prepared staff, and smoother operations for everyone involved.

A note from the founders on our thesis about “people, first.”:
As founders, we firmly believe that prioritizing your team fosters a culture of appreciation and proper incentives, driving creativity, productivity, and passion for the problem we're solving. Our goal with ShiftRx is to create a product as beloved as Chewy and as user-friendly as Stripe.
Half of the healthcare providers in the US are planning on leaving their clinical roles over the next two years. We’re trying to replace the need for traditional staffing agencies, and reduce operational overhead spent on healthcare administration. Think Rippling or Deel enabled with AI for healthcare.
We’re obsessed with the problem we’re solving, and we want you to be too.
