Crypto Growth Manager (Centralized Exchanges, Investors & Market Makers)

We are seeking a Crypto Growth Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives within the centralized exchange (CEX) ecosystem, with a focus on investor relations, market makers, and expanding our trading volumes. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in growing liquidity, fostering relationships with market makers and institutional investors, and implementing strategies that boost the exchange's presence and overall market impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Exchange Partnerships & Liquidity Growth:

• Develop and execute strategies to secure and maintain partnerships with centralized exchanges (CEX) that enhance liquidity, volume, and market visibility.
• Collaborate closely with exchange teams to facilitate token listings, trading pairs, and liquidity mining initiatives.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with market makers to ensure optimal liquidity and pricing across supported trading pairs.
• Identify and approach new CEX listing opportunities to expand the platform’s presence in key global markets.

Investor Relations & Fundraising:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, venture capitalists, and crypto hedge funds to support funding rounds, market growth, and token liquidity.
• Develop strategies for investor engagement, including regular updates, tailored communications, and roadmap presentations.
• Work with the executive team to attract new investors and maintain transparent and consistent communication on business progress, milestones, and financials.

Market Maker & Trading Strategy Optimization:

• Work closely with market makers to ensure healthy trading volumes, reduce price slippage, and maintain liquidity across the platform.
• Optimize market making strategies to ensure competitiveness in key trading pairs and increase user participation.
• Coordinate with liquidity providers and exchange teams to assess market trends, user demand, and trade volumes, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor key performance metrics, including exchange volume, liquidity depth, investor engagement, and trading activity, to ensure growth objectives are met.
• Produce regular reports and market insights to share with stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and areas for optimization.
• Leverage data to drive decision-making, optimize trading activity, and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Collaborative Growth & Strategic Initiatives:

• Work closely with the business development and product teams to align on growth initiatives and ensure the successful execution of market-making and liquidity strategies.
• Provide strategic input into product and feature developments that cater to the needs of institutional investors, market makers, and high-volume traders.
• Assist in identifying strategic partnerships, collaborations, and new revenue channels to further support the platform's long-term growth.

Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis:

• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that could impact exchange performance, liquidity, and investor sentiment.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for market expansion, investor engagement, and liquidity provision.
• Provide insights into market conditions and competitor strategies to inform the company’s strategic direction.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in growth, business development, or financial markets, with a strong focus on centralized exchanges, market makers, and investor relations within the cryptocurrency or traditional finance sectors.
• Proven track record in managing liquidity strategies, securing investor interest, and fostering relationships with institutional investors and market makers.
• Experience with institutional crypto investors, venture capital, and market maker operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory issues impacting centralized exchanges and crypto trading.
• Experience with global crypto markets and a solid understanding of trading volumes, liquidity strategies, and market structure.

Skills & Expertise:

• In-depth understanding of centralized exchanges (CEX), liquidity mechanisms, market making, and trading volume dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, investor behavior, and institutional fundraising.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with institutional investors, venture capital firms, and market makers.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, TradingView) to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Ability to present data and insights to executive leadership, investors, and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
