Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Web Developer (Ruby on Rails) at CROWDO in South Jakarta with flexibility for remote work. The Web Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, and ensuring the performance and responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies
Experience minimum 1 - 2 years with front-end and back-end development, database management, and API integration
Knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and version control systems
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
