Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO - Founding Partner)

Position Overview:
As the Chief Financial and Operating Officer, you will be a key member of our team, using your expertise and skills to attract and maintain relationships with global investors and investment institutions, and provide financial and industry policy consulting services for the company. Through your efforts and insights, you will directly impact the company's growth and capital scale, helping the company obtain the necessary resources and support to drive rapid development and increase market share.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Finance and Fund-raising:
   • Identify and seek out investment institutions and individual investors that present partnership opportunities.
   • Develop and manage an investor database, follow up and track potential investment opportunities.
   • Formulate comprehensive financing strategies and plans, assist in financing negotiation processes, and ensure the maximization of company interests.
2. Design and refine the company's internal equity incentive plan.
3. Industry Policy Research:
   • Regularly research government industry support projects or innovation special funds and assist in the application process.
   • Prepare and write various documents and reports related to financing, including investment prospectuses, financial forecasts, and due diligence materials.
4. Partner Relationship:
   • Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, including suppliers and domestic and international R&D institutions, to expand R&D capabilities, market coverage, and sales channels.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
2. Work Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in the field of finance and investment in technology companies, with a preference for those with successful financing cases.
3. Financial and Investment Skills:
   • In-depth understanding of financing processes and strategies, including equity financing, debt financing, venture capital, etc.
   • Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting, able to develop and execute effective financing plans based on company needs.
   • Excellent ability to write and revise business plans, able to clearly and concisely present the company's business model and growth potential.
   • A rich network and resources of investors, able to quickly identify and contact potential investors.
4. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the technology and market dynamics in the fields of flying cars, drones, or related aviation sectors.
5. Communication and Negotiation Skills:
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate efficiently with investors, government agencies, and partners.
   • Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of conducting financing negotiations.
6. Other Requirements: High level of professional ethics and team spirit, able to withstand high-pressure working conditions.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with additional language skills being a plus.
• A deep interest in and understanding of the urban air mobility industry, aerospace, flying cars, drones, autonomous driving, or related technical fields.

Working Hours:
There are no fixed daily working hour requirements, but work quality and task completion must be ensured.

Work Location:
This is a hybrid position with mostly remote work. There is a possibility of occasional business trips to meet with investors as needed.
