Role Overview:
As our Chief Product Officer, you will define and drive Zoniqx’s product vision, leading a talented team to build solutions that redefine asset management and tokenization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about bridging traditional finance with blockchain technology and is skilled at building and scaling innovative products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision & Leadership:

• Shape and articulate a clear product vision aligned with Zoniqx’s mission.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for asset tokenization and lifecycle management solutions.

Product Development & Innovation:

• Lead the design and delivery of innovative Web3 products tailored to the needs of enterprises, institutions, and financial intermediaries.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to define, prioritize, and implement product features and improvements.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment:

• Ensure all products adhere to relevant compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate and address the evolving regulatory landscape in blockchain and fintech.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends in asset tokenization and blockchain ecosystems.
• Monitor competitors and ensure Zoniqx products remain innovative and market-leading.

Agile Project Management:

• Implement and champion agile practices to ensure efficient and high-quality product delivery.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate product success and inform continuous improvements.

Team Leadership:

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CPO, Head of Product, or similar leadership role in Web3, fintech, or a related field.
• Strong track record of building and scaling products in agile and lean environments.
• Expertise in blockchain technology, asset tokenization, and financial services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with multichain protocols, decentralized finance (DeFi), and smart contract platforms.
