Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Management:

Identify and approach high-net-worth individuals and global investors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless property buying process.
Market Research and Strategy:
Analyze international property markets to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to different market segments.
Stay updated on global property laws, regulations, and investment trends.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with local real estate agents, brokers, and developers in target markets.
Work closely with internal marketing and customer service teams to optimize sales efforts.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
Actively seek and generate leads through networking, online platforms, and referrals.
Conduct virtual and in-person property tours, presentations, and consultations.
Follow up on potential leads to convert prospects into clients.
Negotiations and Deal Closures:
Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
Prepare contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
Ensure timely and successful deal closures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in international real estate sales or a similar field.
Strong understanding of global property markets and investment opportunities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets simultaneously.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Tech-savvy with experience in using CRM tools and online sales platforms.
