Ripple Effect is looking for a Senior Director of Healthcare Accounts with 12+ years of experience to lead the company's accounts in health and healthcare for client programs at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and relevant parts of the Department of Defense. Responsibilities
Provides strategic oversight to business development activities, service delivery, and customer relationships for a program.
- Provides input to the Technical Approach and key staffing approaches during the capture and proposal development process.
- Serves as Capture Manager or Proposal Manager.
- Develops win themes, differentiators, and determines pricing strategies for proposals/bids.
- Identifies appropriate industry partners and coordinate their activities during the capture and bidding process.
- Participates or leads decision gate and Color Team Reviews.
Ensures that project managers are delivering contracted services after award and that customers are satisfied.
- Oversees programs that may include Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOC); Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC); or several interrelated projects for the same customer.
- May serve as Project Manager for one or more of the awarded projects with the customer.
- Serves as Vehicle Manager.
Provides an overall strategic vision for the program/account and demonstrates a solid understanding of the industry including client trends, competitors, risks, and opportunities in the marketplace.
- Keeps abreast of key data within the customer organizations, such as organizational priorities, strategic planning, funding, organizational structure, etc., and shares knowledge across Ripple Effect using electronic systems.
- Attends conferences or meetings where customer is present and establish/enhance credibility as subject matter expert.
- Actively promotes the company and the business unit by contributing to recruiting, participating in networking events, presenting at professional meetings, and actively developing networks.
- May support the development of marketing strategy, market research, and marketing communications related to program or account

Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in a field relevant to science, health, or healthcare
12+ years of experience, including:
- 9 years of management experience, in the government contracting arena
- 4 years of supervisory experience, including supervision of first-line supervisors
- 6 years of business development and/or growth experience
- 6 years of experience with companies focused on health and science government work
Basic Requirements
- Collaborates with departments across the organization to achieve growth goals, including business operations and client delivery.
- Deep understanding of contractual terms and conditions common to government consulting
- Ability to interact with customer regularly to identify needs, satisfaction, and future direction
- Proficient ability to navigate web-based systems such as SharePoint, Teams, and other electronic business systems and train others on their use.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and propensity to document activities in company CRM
- Project and people management skills in budgeting, resourcing, planning, tasking, and risk management
- Ability to convert relationship and expert knowledge into revenue for the company by capturing business development opportunities
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors
