Fullstack Developer

It will be as if you were building for your own company by putting your skills to use and constantly growing them. Problem solving is at core of our engineering. You will be given full context about target user, problem our product/feature solves for them, how much efforts can we spend on it, what is the outline of solution and more. You will have full freedom to suggest new idea, counter the existing approach, point out fallacies (e.g. this feature is not needed now, target ).

Also, we are fully remote (enjoy your families company, and be around them).

What is the project?

We are head deep into solving Observability problem. We provide customised, on-infra Observability for major fintechs. We are working on “Magic Pill” which detects problems and gives remediation to solve them, starting with Clickhouse OLAP, which later will be expanded to other OSS tools as well.

*What is the problem I will be solving ? *

After understanding the target user and how Incerto is solving for them, you will be solving for “what is the most efficient UI/UX - which can help target users observe and remediate”. For which you will have to understand what is the problem, the possible solutions, following with coding it later on.

*What skills do I need ? *

This opening is for a Fullstack Engineer, but as in any good tech startup you will be doing a lot more. If you love building in general and are skilled in fullstack development, you will be a right fit.
Coming to some necessary technical understanding

• Understanding of how browsers work and good foundational understanding of JS, HTML and CSS.
• Hands on experience of building UI application from scratch.
• Proficiency with React (library) and Node, you will be expected to speak it.
• Lot of passion for learning.
• Strong debugging skills. Have you ever given up on solving a bug ?
• Good understanding of clean UI and effortless UX (right placement, doing things people are used to seeing and more).
• Good problem solving skills. Are you proud of it ?

*What skills will I pickup ? *

You will be involved whole process of building the product. You will learn following skills

• Product Management : Which features to build, how to test if its production ready taking feedback to end user.
• How to build lean : Filtering out noise and constantly verifying if we are on right track. It will help you build on to your idea later.
• Deep tech knowledge around databases, messaging queue, importance of Observability, handling TBs of data, RPCs, OS internals and more.
• How to write correct code (which is more often simpler). We do active reading to improve this skill as well.

Experience and CTC

Minimum 2 years of experience of developing frontend applications. Good projects to show.
Expect 10LPA - 15LPA Fixed Base + Bonuses
