Job summary- We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our applications. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems. Your primary focus will be on creating robust, scalable, and secure backend infrastructure that ensures optimal performance and reliability for users.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Develop Server-Side Logic-Design and implement backend components, logic, and services that support the functionality of web applications.
2. Database Management-Create, maintain, and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) to store and manage data efficiently and securely.
3. API Development and Integration-Build and maintain RESTful APIs to allow seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
4. Ensure Application Performance-Optimize applications for speed and scalability, ensuring smooth user experiences under heavy load.
5. Code Testing and Debugging-Write unit tests, perform integration testing, and debug code to ensure the backend is functioning as expected.
6. Security and Data Protection-Implement and enforce security best practices to protect data and ensure secure communication between clients and servers.
7. Collaborate with Front-End Developers-Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
8. Maintain Server and Cloud Infrastructure-Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and server environments to ensure application deployment and uptime.
9. Monitor and Improve Application Health-Monitor backend performance, track errors, and troubleshoot issues to maintain application health and performance.
10. Stay Updated with Industry Trends-Continuously research and integrate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve backend architecture and processes.

Who can apply-
1.Experience: Candidates with 2+ years of experience in backend development or related fields.
2.Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
3.Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
