StraighterLine, an innovative pioneer in online education, is seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager for Paid Media to drive and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Focused on reaching students seeking affordable and flexible ways to earn college credits, you will manage our media spend, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies that drive traffic, boost conversions, and increase revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the paid media strategy at a growing eLearning company and drive impactful results.
The ideal candidate will live within 90 minutes of Arlington, VA in one of the following states (VA, MD, PA, DC).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage relationships with paid media agencies to execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels across multiple channels, including Search, Social, Programmatic Display, and Affiliate.
- Develop and implement strategies to scale media spend in a cost-effective and ROI-positive manner.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize paid media performance to meet our ROAS and LTV KPI’s and ensure our spend levels remain within budget.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to achieve campaign objectives and create seamless, compelling end-to-end customer experiences.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, and overall media strategy.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid media management, preferably in ecommerce or eLearning.
- Proven track record of scaling paid media budgets while maintaining a strong ROI.
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms, Google Analytics and multi-touch media optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and experience working with external agencies.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
