Join Coupa Software in Colombia as a Revenue Accountant and drive the seamless processing of complex order forms from our CRM (Salesforce) into our Accounting and Financial Management System (Netsuite). Be at the forefront of ensuring the accuracy and currency of Revenue Accounting spreadsheets in Excel, while also spearheading the creation of insightful reports and in-depth analysis. • Works on revenue allocation for multi-element arrangements
• Assist in month-end close activities and revenue account reconciliations
• Assist in billing, revenue, and deferred revenue analysis and support audit related to revenue and billing
• Support FP&A by providing revenue/billing analysis and reports as needed
• Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and participate in SOX testing as needed
• Support M&A activities for revenue-related areas, including integration

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

• Fluent English
• Up to 5 years of revenue accounting and billing experience and knowledge of revenue recognition rules
• Good understanding of financial statements and strong account reconciliation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLookUp)
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite would be an asset
