Role overview:
The position will be a highly strategic Global Payroll, Equity and Operations role working in close partnership with various business leaders. In this role you will be required to develop the payroll, equity, and operations plan required to achieve strategic plans and goals, drive decisions and track performance on payroll payments, reports and forecasts including tax returns and reports for Government regulatory agencies and payroll management reports. The role will oversee accounting procedures and systems used by the organization whilst consulting on long term payroll trends. Bringing technology systems to create end to end seamless payroll capabilities with minimal to no error with processes in place to catch whilst being SOX compliance with proper internal processes in place. This role should communicate clearly, influence various leaders, unify into common goals and lead meaningful teams to achieve business goals.
This role will be the primary liaison between the supported business and Central Finance to facilitate a robust payroll process and payroll performance whilst providing business updates and reporting deliverables across various functions collaborating with payroll.
What you will do:
- Direct and oversee all payroll activities including payments, reports, forecasting including and not limited to tax returns and reports for government regulatory agencies and payroll management reports locally as well as globally
- Influence those around you to create strategic plans for team activities to include payroll strategy to deliver agreed upon targets
- Reporting accurate payroll financials and actively maintain records of associated financials
- Control expense to meet agreed upon budgets
- Proactively hire and develop the best in class global payroll operations team
Basic qualifications:
- Relevant experience in Payroll as an executive in a fast-paced technology oriented organization.
- High level of process orientation and attention to detail.
- Experience in leading and developing new payroll processes, models and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with various senior leaders.
- Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly and tell the business stories.
- Strong MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in modeling and data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking. Be able to start with problem statement, ask 5Ys and arrive at data backed solutions
- Familiar with establishing and managing KPIs.

Document Return Policy:
