Finance & Accounting Manager

We're looking for a motivated and driven Finance & Accounting Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You receive, process, scan, distribute and send financial documents and communicate with suppliers and partners as needed;
• You ensure an efficient and reliable billing process by delivering all related documents on time;
• You schedule and improve the billing process;
• You monitor and control account status and balance by identifying inconsistencies;
• You are responsible for carrying out accounting activities and coordinating them with an external accounting provider;
• You support Team lead finance & accounting in controlling an external accounting provider;
• You participate in the preparation and control of the financial statements for all of the stakeholders (internal and external);
• You participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually VAT-declaration and all other finance and social declarations;
• You contribute to the Finance function improvement initiatives and internal control;
• You participate in the preparation of bank payments;
• You are responsible for signing compensations and open receivables;
• You are responsible for bank payments;
• You are responsible for invoice issuing in FINA (e-račun) and accessing to e-porezna.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Master`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
• Up to 3 years of experience in Accounting;
• Working experience in Oracle is a plus;
• Working knowledge of Tax;
• Implementation of a new ERP is a plus;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Working in an international environment and being responsible for various countries is a plus;
• Croatian and fluent in English;
