We are seeking a Senior Research Executive to join our research team, who are responsible for delivering international research projects focused on medical experts. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the project from start to end.
What the role involves
Your day-to-day role will involve undertaking qualitative research and interviewing experts using a pre-prepared interview guide and work across multiple projects in a fast-paced agency setting. You will be part of a supportive team focused on delivering quality research projects for international clients.
As a Senior Research Executive during your probation period you will undergo intensive training to gain a general understanding of the business as well as key project-specific processes and terms. Following the training you will then be expected to take ownership of specific tasks and responsibilities as listed below.
- Conducting depth telephone interviews with healthcare professionals
- Accurately take notes and write-up interviews
- Organising captured data in Excel and PowerPoint
- Assist in preparing client deliverables in Excel and PowerPoint
- Assist in proof reading and quality checking data and presentations
- Ability to follow procedures and work to directed instructions from the team’s project manager
- General project administration – assisting senior researchers with project initiation through to delivery
- Conducting bespoke desk research to find relevant experts, institutions, specialities, contact details etc.
- Some projects may involve quantitative research and experience in survey building and analysis is a bonus
What you will bring to the table
- 3- 4 years of market research and interviewing experience
- Highly articulate, ideally with interviewing or market research experience
- A confident, extrovert and engaging person
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
- A degree of analytical skills of qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- A skilled and pro-active approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail is your super-power!
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work
- Ideas! Our business thrives on the innovative ideas of our team
- A customer-focused approach to all that you do
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- A background in social science or medical anthropology
- Our business is global and additional languages are a massive bonus
Desirable knowledge and experience
- Expertise and knowledge on how to best structure survey questions for effective quant analytics
- Experience in designing questionnaires, programming, and launching online surveys with minimal guidance
- Analysing statistical and numerical data, able to transform and combine data (often in Excel) ready for analysis, visualize and synthesize results
- Some knowledge of market segmentation tools / market research analysis using segmentation
