About the Role
As a Product Designer, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create designs that resonate deeply with users. You’ll bring your creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional experiences across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and other research methods to ensure designs are informed by real user needs.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept to reality, ensuring smooth implementation with engineering.
Iterative Design: Use data, user feedback, and analytics to refine and improve designs over time.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep an eye on industry trends in mental health, AI, and digital health to inform and inspire your work.
What You Bring
Design Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Figma, with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Research Skills: Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
Systems Thinking: Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
Cross-Platform Experience: A strong understanding of the technical nuances of Web, iOS, and Android design.
Empathy and Creativity: A passion for designing user-centered experiences that are both beautiful and functional.
Team Player: An open and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to take feedback and iterate.
