POSITION SUMMARY:
• Responsible for providing solutions to carriers and brokers and assist with conflict that may arise between carriers and MegaCorp Logistics.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Maintains Carrier relationships with helping to solve discrepancies between carriers and brokers.
• Responsible for handling all OSD loads (Over, short and damaged) to ensure proper claim management, as well as maintaining, updating and editing OSD’s in Excel.
• Answers all incoming phone calls and provides assistance accordingly.
• Responsible for all bond complaints filed on MegaCorp’s surety bond to ensure resolutions are properly achieved.
• Reviews and responds to all DAT/Truckstop reviews and complaints to ensure relationships between the company and carriers remains in good standing, while also assisting the Marketing department with Google and social media platform reviews.
• Troubleshoots EFS and Com Check issues when they arise, and voids all unused EFS and Com check codes on company software. •
Assist Account Managers in sending updated rate confirmations and pulling recorded phone calls when needed.
• Responsible for completing Carrier references.
• Assist other departments in load resolution.
• Maintains and projects the Company’s professional reputation.
• Performs other related duties as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum-1-year related experience preferred
• Additional Customer Service experience preferred
• Logistics experience preferred
