Program Manager - EDC Retail - Associate Vice President

Job Description: AVP - Offline Business P&L, Monetization & Strategy

About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to lead the P&L,monetization, and strategic initiatives for our General Trade - SB/QR/EDC business.This role will be pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and overall business success.Key Responsibilities: P&L Management:o Own the end-to-end P&L responsibility for the General Trade business,including revenue, cost, and profitability.o Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends,opportunities, and potential risks.o Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and improveoperational efficiency.o Work on improving the Net Payment Margin for EDC business.o Understanding & Driving - MDR, PG, & Routing for MDR bearinginstruments.  Monetization:o Identify and explore new revenue streams and partnerships to drivegrowth.o Develop and execute innovative monetization strategies, such asvalue-added services, premium offerings, and strategic alliances.o Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identifyopportunities for new revenue generation.

 Strategic Planning:o Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the offlinebusiness, aligned with the overall company goals.o Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends andopportunities.o Develop business plans and forecasts to guide decision-making andresource allocation. Team Management:o Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and managers.o Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.o Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their goals.
